Josh Smitherman
Josh Smitherman has been in real estate his entire life. He grew up building homes with his dad who is a residential home builder. He decided to pursue a degree in finance at the University of Alabama and the University of Alabama at Birmingham. His degree led him to a job in the banking world working in the new construction loan department, which was right up his alley considering his background. By the early 2000’s Josh had dabbled in real estate sales on and off on a part time basis but decided it was something he wanted to do more of. In 2007 Josh became a real estate broker and purchased Bradford Real Estate Group. He has worked diligently to make Bradford Real Estate Group what it is today by creating a superior standard of customer service and client loyalty.
Julie Smitherman
Julie Smitherman has been a real estate agent since 2005. She enjoys meeting new people and helping them to find the homes of their dreams. Julie understands that each person’s situation is unique and that each person has different things that the want our of their dream home and she has the attention to detail needed to help you find the home of your dreams. Julie also works as the public relation director of Bradford Real Estate Group. She pours her heart into trying to make Shelby County an amazing place to live work and grow so that residents here can prosper in all that they do.
Chuck Holderfield
Chuck Holderfield became a real estate agent in 2014 after being a tenant of Bradford Real Estate group for several years while attending the University of Montevallo. Chuck has laid down roots in Montevallo and grown his real estate career right here in the community that he knows and loves. Chuck is always up to date on the latest technology available in the real estate world and uses that to stay up to date on the daily market developments. Chuck is always willing and eager to work with buyers and sellers to help them get the best deal possible, and he’d be glad to help you too!
Bradford Real Estate Group has been doing business in Montevallo since the 1970’s. We’ve operated under a couple of different names including Sunshine Realty, changing to Bradford Real Estate in 2005. We were located at 915 Main Street until 2017 when we moved to our current location at 804 Main Street. Though the name and location have changed, the quality of service will never waiver.
